Swimming

Swimming is a popular sport that through water using one's limbs and usually artificial apparatus. Swimming has been recorded since prehistoric times; the earliest recording of swimming dates back to Stone Age paintings from around 7,000 years ago. Breaststroke, side stroke, head up front crawl and dog paddle are the most common strokes utilized in recreational swimming. It is possible to swim by moving only legs without arms or only arms without legs. Some people don't know how to swim and they will be panic and exhaust when they are swimming.

Many students from my secondary school go to foreign country to study

When I was taking Form 3 (Grade 9) courses in Hong Kong, my school appeared a big change, which is many studeents go to foreign country to study because the education bureau of Hong Kong changed the system. In my class, one of my classmates go to New Zealand and the another one go to United Kingdom because they didn't want to try the new system. A year later, I also changed my study place. I was studied in Columbia International College in Hamilton, Ontario for more than six months. It was a huge change for me because I have to do many things by myself.

I like to watch soccer match. One of my favourite soccer match in 2010 is the final match of 2010 Fifa World Cup in South Africa. Both team are very good. Although I like Netherlands more, I still like Spain.

I took this picture when I was in Hong Kong and this was the last photo that I took with my classmate and my class teacher.

 Before I came to Canada, I studied in a secondary school in Hong Kong. I missed that school because I had studied there for four years and I had made many friends in there. If we had any problem of my study, I could ask teachers to help us. Also, the principal was very nice so that I liked him very much. I had signed up many extra-curricular activities. I was a member of school swimming team. The coach was one of the good teacher that I liked him very much.

 My favourite sport is swimming. I had played many swimming competitions in Hong Kong and I had won many medals. I like swimming because swimming can make me get stronger and be more healthy. When I was in Hong Kong, I always swum in the swimming pool, which was beside my secondary school with my teammates. However, after I came to Canada, I just swum two times because I had many homework to do everyday.
